The APN Top Management in GAROUA.
A delegation of directors and executives from the National Port Authority, led by its Managing Director, is on a five-day working visit to the port of Garoua.
Tuesday July 25, 2023 was the first and certainly the most tedious of the five days allotted for this mission.
The meeting began at 9am in the council chamber of the town hall, packed with the town's authorities and resource persons, with a welcome address by the Mayor of Garoua, followed by a speech by Dr. Louis EBOUPEKE, Director General of ADN. In his opening remarks, the DG explained the reasons for the presence of the large team accompanying him. A working session consisting mainly of exchanges followed on from the General Manager's remarks.
The visit to the port of Garoua was the most important phase of the day, as top management got a first-hand feel for the realities of the port.
